Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Vortly ("we", "us", "our") operates vortly.net. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you contact us at hello@vortly.net, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to respond to you and to conduct our business with you.
- Server logs and usage data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to keep the site secure and operational.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google may receive your IP address and browser information.
Cookies
We use only local storage to remember your cookie preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To understand aggregate usage from server logs.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Google — font delivery via Google Fonts.
Data retention
Emails are retained as long as needed to respond and keep business records. Server logs are retained according to Cloudflare's standard practices.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and — under laws like the CCPA — to request disclosure of the data we hold and to opt out of the "sale" of data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, contact hello@vortly.net.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page.
